Tuesday Coffee Morning
Tuesdays / 9.30am – 12 noon

At our HOPE Hub, we host a friendly weekly coffee morning for mums from across the local community. Whether you're looking to meet new people, enjoy a chat, share experiences or simply take some time out with a coffee, you'll find a warm welcome waiting for you.

There is no formal agenda, just an opportunity to connect with other local mums in a relaxed and supportive environment. Sometimes a simple conversation and a friendly face can make all the difference.

Come along for coffee, croissants and good company. We'd love to see you.

Support Group sessions
Wednesdays / 7pm - 8.30pm

1st week of the month – Mums
2nd week of the month – Dads
3rd week of the month – Grandparent
4th week of the month – Step-parents/carers

Here you will meet others going through the same stresses, worries and frustrating feelings. The sessions are there to give you the opportunity to share and talk about your experiences, pick up helpful tips and even meet others in similar situations who are likely to be able to relate to the things you are going through. These sessions will help you to reflect and bring insight to the fact that you are not alone in this.

Creative Arts sessions
Wednesdays / 4.30pm - 5.30pm

Our Creative Arts Sessions are designed for young people who may be feeling isolated, lacking confidence, or struggling with their emotional wellbeing.

These sessions provide a safe and supportive space where young people can be themselves, feel seen and valued, and explore their creativity. Through a range of indoor and outdoor activities, participants are encouraged to express themselves, develop new skills, and experience a sense of achievement.

Sessions are led by individuals with a variety of skills, interests and creative passions, helping to inspire confidence, self-expression and personal growth.

We believe that creativity plays an important role in strengthening self-belief, celebrating individuality and helping young people discover their unique strengths and talents.

1-1 private sessions

HOPE offers private 1-1 support sessions for young people and parents who are receiving support through our services.

These sessions provide a safe and confidential space to explore challenges such as stress, worry, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-belief.

Sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each young person or family and form part of the wider support offered by HOPE.

Access to 1-1 sessions is discussed during the referral and assessment process and appointments are arranged directly with families where appropriate.
